Crown ATI Group has successfully undertaken several spot improvement works aimed at restoring and strengthening critical sections of deteriorated road networks. These targeted interventions are designed to quickly address severely damaged portions of roads, improve safety, and restore smooth traffic flow without the need for full road reconstruction.
OUR PROJECTS
Tamale has experienced rapid population growth over the past decade, driven by economic activity, public sector expansion, and increased migration into the city. However, the availability of structured, modern residential communities has not kept pace with this growth. Crown ATI Group identified this gap and developed a project that not only provides housing but also contributes meaningfully to urban planning and community development.
Our proposed project is a modern residential estate comprising a mix of two, and four-bedroom homes, designed to accommodate young professionals, growing families, and returning diaspora investors interested in Tamale’s development.
The development include:
• Well-paved internal roads
• Proper drainage and flood management systems
• Reliable water supply infrastructure
• Stable power connectivity
• Security and controlled access for residents
Beyond housing, this project will also have significant economic impact. During the construction phase, we employed numerous local artisans, engineers, suppliers, and laborers, ensuring that a substantial portion of the investment circulates within the Tamale economy.
Crown ATI Group is also committed to quality construction standards. We prioritize durable materials, sound engineering practices, and designs suited to the climate and environmental conditions of Northern Ghana. Our objective is to deliver homes that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally reliable and long-lasting.
Our vision is simple: to create a world class well-planned residential community in Tamale that people would love and today we have the British army occupying them. Contributing to the city’s long-term urban development.
